This book presents a case study on technology and information systems at a computer science school located in the city of Quaraí-RS, with the aim of diagnosing the computer science sector in order to show solutions and adjustments for better management of these technologies in the company. To carry out this research, a bibliographic survey was conducted, followed by a study of the company's strengths and weaknesses with regard to information technology, through observations of its daily activities. Finally, improvements that the company should adopt were discussed. It was found to be a company concerned with the comfort of its customers and constantly investing in the area of information technology, both in terms of acquiring state-of-the-art equipment and training its employees. However, it shows several weaknesses that must be corrected for better use of the technology employed in the company.
