Adina Leti¿ia Negrüa is a Professor and the International Relations Coordinator at the Faculty of Business, Babe¿-Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca, Romania. Her expertise spans intercultural management, hospitality and hotel management, and strategic management. She has authored 18 books and book chapters, as well as more than 85 articles published in international scholarly journals. Her research covers topics such as event tourism, leadership, cultural and sustainable tourism, destination management, and strategic management. She has also served as a member or coordinator of various research and industry projects. Monica Maria Corö is Associate Professor at the Faculty of Business, Babe¿-Bolyai University of Cluj-Napoca, Romania. She teaches subjects in the areas of management, tourism, and hospitality. Her research covers topics related to destination management organizations, sustainable tourism, rural tourism, entrepreneurship, and SMEs and adds up to over 100 articles, books, and book chapters published in national and international conferences and reputable journals and books. She is a member of the FuTourWork Horizon project dedicated to workers’ wellbeing in tourism and hospitality.
