Dr. Vijaya Katti, M.A., Ph.D., Post Doctoral Research, is a professor (On Re-employment) in Indian Institute of Foreign Trade. She has superannuated from the post of a professor and dean administration (academics) in Indian Institute of Foreign Trade. She is the senior most faculty in the Institute. She also acted as a director of IIFT from January to March 2007 and in the absence of a director time to time. She has joined the institute as an associate professor in 1989. She was selected as a professor in 1994 and became a chairperson in 2000. She handled Management Development Programmes Division as a chairperson since 2000 to 2006, Research Division since 2006 to 2011, Graduate Studies Division since 2011 to 2013 and again became a chairperson for Management Development Programmes Division since May 2013 to September 2018. Additionally, she was the head of the Economic Department in the Institute. Prof. Dr. Milind Pande is a charismatic leader with a penchant for heralding the Indian Higher Education sector to new heights. He has relentlessly worked on actualizing the dream of the former president of India Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam toward "Providing Urban Amenities to Rural Areas (PUARA)." Dr. Pande is also a rare recipient of a coveted post-doctoral fellowship in Technology Transfer, from the Ministry of HRD, Govt. of India. An erudite researcher, he has over 70 research publications, 10 internationally granted patents, 20+ foreign visits and numerous academic accolades to his credit. With luminary academic credentials, numerous professional laurels and an illustrious career spanning over 30 years, Dr. Milind Pande envisions creating an epoch-making difference in the Indian Higher Education landscape through his work and ardently believes in the notion of Innovative Technology + Indian Talent = India Tomorrow. Dr. Pravin Jadhav, a distinguished economist and academician, serves as Associate Professor and Head of the Humanities and Social Science Department at IITRAM, Ahmedabad. With a PhD in International Business from IIFT, New Delhi, his expertise spans trade facilitation, infrastructure planning, and sustainable development. Dr. Jadhav has authored five books and over 40 research papers, earning 1042+ citations. A mentor at UNESCO Inclusive Policy Lab and advisor to startups, he actively contributes to policy research and global trade discussions. His work bridges academia and practice, addressing contemporary challenges in international trade, economic policy, and innovation. Aavishkar Katti earned his bachelors and masters in physics with a specialization in lasers and spectroscopy from University of Delhi (Delhi, India). He then completed his Ph.D. in the field of theoretical nonlinear optics from the Banaras Hindu University (Varanasi, India). His doctoral research work was on Optical Solitons in Nonlinear Optical Materials. He has qualified the intensely competitive national eligibility test required for a teaching position in India. He joined as an assistant professor in Department of Physics at Banasthali Vidyapith (Rajasthan, India) in 2017 where he was teaching till April 2021. He is now an assistant professor at MIT World Peace University (Pune, India).
