Over the years, Susana has applied her model to coach and train senior leaders from renowned companies such as Goldman Sachs, EY, Meta, PWC, and Google Previously, Susana worked as a COO for the leading career coaching company in London. She also led multicultural teams that provided advisory services for disputes relating to complex financial market issues and OTC valuation services for hedge funds. Trilingual in English, Spanish, and French, she holds a Master's degree in Quantitative Finance and is a certified coach by the International Coach Federation and the Institute of Leadership and Management.
