"Instruments and Forms of Governmental Action." (Text in German.)
This book contains the results of a research project which was conducted from 1989 to 1991 at the Research Institute for Public Administration in Speyer. The project was organized into three steps: It began by examining various interdisciplinary classifications of governmental action. This investigation became the basis for a multi- and interdisciplinary research seminar which traced the development of governmental control and action. Using the areas of environmental protection, research and technology, the participants elucidated the subject of administrative control in an exemplary manner. The last step was an attempt to link the different aspects of governmental action which arise from the multiplicity of academic and practical perspectives.Der vorliegende Band enthält Ergebnisse eines Forschungsvorhabens aus den Jahren1989 bis 1991. Das Vorhaben wurde in drei Schritten umgesetzt. Erstens wurden Klassifikationsansätze zum staatlichen Handeln untersucht. Zweitens wurde dazu einForschungsseminar veranstaltet, bei dem die einschlägigen Disziplinen wie auch die interdisziplinären Schulen zu Worte kamen, um die wissenschaftliche Entwicklungen aufzuzeigen. Drittens wurde diese Steuerungsthematik an den Bereichen von Umweltschutz sowie Forschung und Technologie beispielhaft verdeutlicht.
