Usmanova Shoira Djumabekovna. Born in 1964. Graduated from the Faculty of Philosophy and Economics of Tashkent State University, majoring in Psychology. In 2011, she defended her candidate's dissertation on the topic "Dynamics and diagnostics of intelligence in the professional formation of a student". Married, has 4 children and 10 grandchildren.
