Dr Rosana Garciandia is Co-Director of the Centre for International Governance and Dispute Resolution and Senior Lecturer in Public International Law at The Dickson Poon School of Law, King's College London. She is also Research Leader in Labour Exploitation and Human Rights at the British Institute of International and Comparative Law (BIICL). Dr Jean Pierre Gauci is Arthur Watts Senior Research Fellow in Public International Law and Director of Teaching and Training at the British Institute of International and Comparative Law (BIICL).
