Members displayed high qualities of a healthy multiethnic church, experienced the benefits of Intercultural Communication. Church Leadership in Lagos metropolis applied all organized and purposeful activities to utilize intercultural communication components to achieve ministry effectiveness. The research recommended that Government organizations, the Christian Association of Nigerians, Faith-based Organizations and Churches should effectively utilize intercultural communication components to manage multi-ethnic-based situations.

Oladele Olubukola Olabode hails from Ibadan, Oyo State, Nigeria, holds a PhD in Intercultural Leadership and Administration, specializing in Intercultural Communication and another in Religious Education, specializing in Education Administration, from Lead City University, Ibadan and Nigerian Baptist Theological Seminary, Ogbomoso, respectively.
