Invariably, language barriers and other interrelation factors make communication more challenging, and cultural differences inhibit certain members from being comfortable in the church. Studies on intercultural communication from Western and Asian perspectives, management of a culturally diverse workforce from an organizational perspective, and diversity management in Nigeria from corporate and national perspectives have been done. Intercultural communication knowledge is highly deployed among the congregational members. Members displayed high qualities of a healthy multiethnic church, experienced the benefits of Intercultural Communication. Church Leadership in Lagos metropolis applied all organized and purposeful activities to utilize intercultural communication components to achieve ministry effectiveness. The research recommended that Government organizations, the Christian Association of Nigerians, Faith-based Organizations and Churches should effectively utilize intercultural communication components to manage multi-ethnic-based situations.
