Katharine St John-Brooks was a leadership coach for 20 years after a career as a senior civil servant advising government ministers. She holds an MSc in Organisational Behaviour, an MA in Professional Development (Coaching) and now writes thrillers. Julia Duncan has a wealth of business experience, is a Fellow of the CIPD and a qualified ILM Level 7 Coaching Supervisor and ILM Level 5 Coach, passionate and dedicated to supporting coaches and organisations pursue excellence at work.
