The Hall of Fame honors humanitarian educators who are either retired from or have served at least 20 years in the field of education (formally and informally). Our goal is to help preserve the legacies of such-individuals and organizations. They are often "firsts," "trail-blazers," "founders," "over-comers," and "movers-and-shakers" with a passion and heart to help others succeed in life through imparting knowledge and wisdom. Since our inception of YOMI in 1986, we have touched the lives of over 1,000,000,000 youths worldwide. Since the first Hall of Fame event in Sacramento, CA in 1993, we have inducted over 600 outstanding humanitarian educators from over 40 countries. They have all exhibited spiritual understanding, universal knowledge, awareness, wisdom, and collaboration: the vital ingredients for survival in this world today and the next millennium.
