Martin KUENGIENDA è collaboratore di ricerca presso il Laboratoire Lipha - Université de Créteil Paris 12. Formazione universitaria pluridisciplinare in Francia (dottorato in Scienze politiche). Dottorato di ricerca in Diritto internazionale - Dottorato di ricerca in Commercio internazionale. Docente di diritto presso le Università di Evry - Paris Saclay e presso lo IUT di Sceaux - Paris Saclay.
