Joydeep Dutta completed his Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering from NIT Durgapur in 2020. He also holds an M.E. in Computer Science and Engineering from the West Bengal University of Technology, completed in 2008, where he was awarded a Bronze Medal for securing the third position (first class) in the university. In addition, Dr. Dutta qualified for the UGC NET in Computer Science and Applications in 2013. He is currently an Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Siliguri Institute of Technology, Darjeeling, West Bengal, India. With over 15 years of teaching experience at several reputed engineering colleges in West Bengal and 2 years of industry experience at companies such as Wipro Technologies and Oracle Financial Services Software Ltd., Dr. Dutta’s current research interests include Network Optimization Problems, Artificial Intelligence, Evolutionary Algorithms, Combinatorial Optimization, and more. Sheuli Chakraborty completed her Ph.D. in Electronics Engineering from IIT (ISM), Dhanbad, in 2022. She holds an M.Tech. in Information Technology from the West Bengal University of Technology, completed in 2010, where she was awarded a Gold Medal for securing the first position (first class) in the university. She also received the INSPIRE Fellowship in 2011. Dr. Chakraborty is currently an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Business Systems at Asansol Engineering College, Asansol, West Bengal, India. With over 13 years of teaching experience, her current research interests include Mobile Computing, Cloud Computing, Edge Computing, Dew Computing, and more. She has several high-impact, SCI-indexed publications and has authored books. Dr. Chakraborty has served as a reviewer for various reputed journals and conferences and has chaired, organized, and presented papers at numerous internationally recognized seminars and conferences. Arindam Biswas received his M.Tech. degree in Radio Physics and Electronics from the University of Calcutta, India, in 2010 and his Ph.D. from NIT Durgapur in 2013. He has received several prestigious fellowships and awards, including the BK21PLUS Fellowship at Pusan National University, South Korea, and the DST-JSPS Invitation Fellowship at RIE, Japan. He is currently an Associate Professor in the School of Mines and Metallurgy at Kazi Nazrul University, West Bengal, India. With 80 technical papers in journals,53 conference proceedings, 8 authored books/monographs, 24 edited volumes, and 10 book chapters of international repute, Dr. Biswas has received research grants from various funding agencies, including international sources. He has supervised eleven Ph.D. students to date and has organized and chaired multiple international conferences both in India and abroad. Samanta currently serves as an Assistant Professor and Program Head in the Department of Computing and Information Technologies at the Rochester Institute of Technology in Kosovo, Europe. He earned his Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Durgapur, India, specializing in SAR Image Processing. His research interests span interdisciplinary domains, including SAR Image Analysis, Video Surveillance, Heuristic Algorithms for Image Classification, Deep Learning Frameworks for Detection and Classification, Blockchain, Statistical Modelling, Wireless Ad Hoc Networks, and Natural Language Processing. He has successfully completed six consultancy projects and received funding of USD 8,110 under the Open Access Publication Fund. Additionally, he received support under the International Travel Support Scheme in 2019 to attend a conference in Thailand. Dr. Samanta holds 22 patents (including 4 Indian design patents and 2 granted Australian patents, with 16 Indian patents published) and 2 copyrights.
