Autorenporträt
Tarcisio Gazzini is senior researcher at the University of Lausanne (Switzerland), where is responsible for the project "Foreign Investment in Africa: Gaining Development Momentum+? (website: www.investmentafrica.ch). He is also visiting professor at the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies in Geneva as well as the Geneva Academy of Human Rights and Humanitarian Law. He has previously taught at the University of Padua, the University of Glasgow and VU University Amsterdam. He has been a consultant for several governments on matters concerning foreign investment and more generally public international law. He is a qualified online instructor and has delivered several online courses on behalf of the United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR). He is a member of the International Law Association Committee on Role of International Law in Sustainable Natural Resource Management for Development and serves in the editorial boards of the Leiden Journal of International Law as well as the book series published by Brill-Nijhoff on International Investment Law.
