C. Matthew Fugate is Provost of Bridges Graduate School of Cognitive Diversity in Education. He has presented on topics including the social-emotional needs of twice-exceptional students, culturally responsive teaching, and creativity. He is active in the NAGC and the Texas Association for Gifted and Talented. Matthew was named one of Variations magazine's "22 People to Watch" in the neurodiversity movement. Wendy A. Behrens serves as the Gifted Education Consultant for the Minnesota Department of Education, where she focuses on developing an equitable infrastructure to support gifted, talented, and high-potential learners. Her expertise encompasses policy development, advocacy, service models and teacher training, all aimed at fostering educational excellence and inclusivity.
