Fako Johnson Likoti Ph.D is a former senior Lesotho PoliceOfficer and Senior Political Science Lecturer at the NationalUniversity of Lesotho. He is Currently a Commissioner ofElections for Lesotho Independent Electoral Commission. He haspublished widely in International Relations.
