Public administration faces many challenges, such as the frequent scarcity of resources resulting from economic crises, an extremely bureaucratic culture that generates inefficiency, as well as the growing demands of citizens, who require more efficient and effective public services. This challenging scenario requires public management to change paradigms and management models through innovation. In this sense, intrapreneurial civil servants are essential to effectively promoting these changes, since these professionals have profiles with entrepreneurial characteristics, making them more likely to develop innovative initiatives within organisations. This book aims to identify the characteristics of the intrapreneurial profile of university managers at the Federal University of Roraima, considering the importance of the intrapreneurial profile for improving public management performance. The book's target audience includes civil servants interested in the subject of innovation in public administration, students and researchers in the field of public administration.
