When studying movement, the speed of a body becomes a relative quantity, for example, and its determination will depend on the reference point from which the measurement is being made. In short, the Theory of Relativity addresses the phenomena that occur in displacements where bodies/objects move at speeds close to the speed of light. This book is aimed at teachers and students in teacher training and offers them a brief analysis of the postulates of relativity and their origin, starting with a proposal to include these topics of modern physics in high school content. Approached through a multidisciplinary questionnaire, this research is quantitative and qualitative in nature, looking at aspects that identify content related to modern physics and how these analyses contribute to student learning. The work also takes a historical perspective on how Albert Einsten's thoughts would change and revolutionize the thinking of the Universe as a whole.
