Ronald E. Riggio, Ph.D., is the Henry R. Kravis Professor of Leadership and Organizational Psychology at Claremont McKenna College. He has published more than two dozen authored or edited books, more than 200 articles and book chapters, and is a charter member of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP). Stefanie K. Johnson, Ph.D., is a SIOP fellow, Director of the Center for Leadership at the University of Colorado Boulder and Professor of Organizational Leadership and Information Analytics at CU Boulder's Leeds School of Business.
