This paper deals with a field of work that has developed rapidly in recent decades: theatre education. Particular attention is paid to the areas of influence of theatre education processes and to the school context. In addition to explaining the possibilities for personal development, aesthetic education and learning processes at the social level through theatre education, the thesis also examines theatre as a subject of instruction. Finally, an interview was conducted with a professional theatre educator on these topics, combining some theoretical approaches with reports from experience and thus translating them from the abstract into the concrete.

Raphael Schaller, BEd, rocznik 1993. W latach 2013-2016 studia licencjackie z germanistyki i muzyki dla nowych szkó¿ ¿rednich (NMS) na Uniwersytecie Pedagogicznym w Górnej Austrii. Obecnie studia magisterskie z pedagogiki teatralnej na Uniwersytecie Pedagogicznym w Linzu. Od 2003 roku pracuje w teatrze dla dzieci i m¿odzie¿y, pe¿ni¿c ró¿ne funkcje, takie jak aktor, asystent re¿ysera, scenograf, layout, coaching i wiele innych.
