What if you couldn't distinguish your internal demons from reality? Charlie, a 21-year-old autistic artist, lives crushed between his mother Kimberly's expectations and a secret relationship with Frédéric, the only one who seems to understand him. But when the intrusive thoughts that have always haunted him begin to take physical form, Charlie can no longer distinguish what is real. Charlie is on the verge of collapse-but no one sees it. In the midst of the silent chaos of his routine, between unheard screams and solitary dances in his room, he tries to maintain some form of control while everything around him falls apart. The relationship with his mother is a minefield of judgments and suffocating silences. His boyfriend, who was once his only point of light, now seems too distant. Trapped between the desire to be accepted and the unbearable weight of being different, Charlie sinks into intrusive thoughts, distorted memories, and broken realities. The line between what is internal and what is external becomes blurred, and he no longer knows if he is trying to escape, fight, or simply survive. This tale is a raw and intimate immersion into the mind of a neurodivergent young man grappling with the emotional wreckage of rejection, loneliness, and identity. A narrative as fragmented as his own consciousness, where nothing is certain, and everything-even love-can be a trigger.
I'm Leonardo Sales Santos, also known as TRACK_N10, a multifaceted creator who finds in art a free space to experiment, provoke, and transform. I am autistic and gifted, characteristics that shape my unique way of thinking, feeling, and expressing the world around me. In writing, I dedicate myself to science fiction with complex narratives loaded with psychosocial issues. My books are invitations to explore alternative realities that, deep down, reflect our own social and emotional structures. In Ultra Qualia and Intrusive Thoughts, for example, I delve deep into existentialist themes, proposing a reading that challenges, unsettles, and invites reflection. In music, I sign as TRACK_N10 and produce a mixture of genres ranging from the most intense techno to contemporary neoclassical, passing through hyperpop, phonk, and experimental IDM. I started my writing journey at age 15, and at 18, I deepened my studies in screenwriting at the International Academy of Cinema. Since then, I have combined my passion for narrative with my academic background in Marketing, including a postgraduate degree in the area.
