Artur Vitória is a Portuguese writer and involved in several associative activities Education - He graduated in Law from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon in 1974 and is a graduate of the National Defence Institute in Lisbon, Portugal (1990). Dedicated to his academic career, in 1980 he became a researcher at the Foreign Relations Observatory of the Autonomous University of Lisbon. Commends: D. Afonso Henriques Medal - Army Merit 2nd Class with Commendation on 6th November 2015. Medal of the Cross of Saint George on 18 June 2020. honorary orders Knight of the Order of Rio Branco on 7 December 2022. Knight of the Order of Naval Merit on 11 June 2019.
