Shamshad Pasarlay ist Doktorand an der juristischen Fakultät der University of Washington. Er erwarb seinen Master-Abschluss in Rechtsvergleichung an der genannten Universität. Vor seinem Master-Abschluss erwarb Shamshad Pasarlay seinen Bachelor-Abschluss in islamischem Recht an der Universität Kabul in Afghanistan.
