Every year landslide brings huge loss of lives and property. In Bangladesh more than hundred of people die every year due to landslide disaster. This work is to find out the reasons behind triggering landslide hence to develop some sustainable measures to combat the disaster. By this research work we recommended some precautionary measures with the development of early warning system by analyzing the soil properties, land uses and rainfall which might combat the vulnerability of landslide disaster.
