Autorenporträt
Bobby Elliott is best known as the dynamic drummer of The Hollies, one of Britain's most enduring pop-rock bands. Joining the group in 1963, Elliott quickly became recognized for his inventive, energetic style that drove hits like "Bus Stop," 'He Ain't Heavy, He's My Brother', and 'Long Cool Woman in a Black Dress'. Prior to The Hollies, he honed his skills in local bands, developing a reputation as one of the finest drummers of the 1960s beat boom. He is still active with the band and lives in the Pennines, UK.
