It doesn't take a brain tumour to realise that some things we have been saying, singing and praying, aren't actually what God has said or is saying. But for Colin Scott, it took just that! After his diagnosis in early 2020, he realised that what seemed right (Proverbs 14:12), no longer mattered. He needed to know what was right. What is truth? Have you ever wondered if you've been deceived? How would you know? Imagine if the beliefs you hold as true, were just the thoughts of someone trying to reason their experience. What makes something true? Within these pages, the author shares life-altering truths from the Word he wishes he had known two decades ago. You are invited to join him on a journey to search the Word of God, and find the truth.
Autorenporträt
Colin is a child of God, a husband to Kelly, and a father to a lovely daughter and three amazing sons. Born, raised and living in Hamilton, New Zealand, Colin has spent a large portion of his life helping provide worship environments for Believers to enter into. A person who, through his personal trials, has learnt the foolishness of believing man's word in place of God's Word and is now on a mission to point out to all who will listen, what God's Word actually says, and encourage people to believe that. The truth will set you free, but don't take Colin's word for it; take God's.
