Steve Glassman is the author or editor of about 10 published books, including two novels and a travel narrative following in the footsteps of the man who discovered the civilization of the ancient Maya, John Lloyd Stephens. Many of his books are about Florida, several of which key on crime fiction. He has been nominated for an Edgar Alan Poe Award and was a Fulbright scholar/lecturer in Belize. He has twice been president of the Florida College English Association. He teaches humanities and communication at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach.
