Husband, father, entrepreneur, and accomplished media professional. But most importantly, a "Man-of-God," who didn't get "saved" until he was forty years old. Now, Bro. Stacy Holmes faithfully serves God in his church, and with his own media ministry. In the 1970's he was a proud member of the all-black "Mighty Liberators" Drum Corps in the city, while being bused to the white suburbs for school. Plus, after battling weight issues his entire life, he has lost over 100 lbs. while writing this book. Eternally grateful for God's grace in his life, Stacy also acknowledges that his "intensity" sometimes gets confused with "anger", (according to his wife and kids). He is an outspoken/belligerent, proud black man demanding JUSTICE... How-es-en-ever, he still cries at "The Brady Bunch" and believes that "Rudy" was the best film ever made. Stacy's life perspective is interesting, sometimes controversial, but well intentioned. A perspective shaped by his eclectic life experiences which all contribute to what others have called an "anointed and inspirational" public speaking, and unique writing style that offers a refreshing voice to the public discourse.
