Glodean Champion is a dynamic keynote speaker, team-building and leadership expert, and women's empowerment coach who uses the power of storytelling to drive transformation in both personal and professional lives. As a chief storyteller, she realigns teams by fostering clarity, cohesion, and communication, drawing on her rich background in education, project management, and her expertise as a Six Sigma Black Belt specializing in process improvement and change management. A cancer survivor herself, Glodean recently authored a book "It's ALL About You/It Ain't About YOU!" for cancer patients and their support networks, providing insight and compassion from her journey. She is also the author of the award winning novel, Salmon Croquettes.She leads innovative programs like StorySync, including workshops that use LEGO Serious Play for team-building and a six-month coaching program designed to silence the "I'm not enough" voice and empower women to overcome imposter syndrome. Known for her engaging and relatable style, Glodean brings a wealth of experience and warmth to every interaction. She has a soft spot for breakfast-for-dinner, enjoys the comfort of a weighted blanket, and shares her home with Tashi Dahla, her 7-year-old Tibetan Terrier.
