Autorenporträt
By the age of sixteen, Mark Beasley was writing and cataloging the first drafts of what would become a lifelong endeavor. His first book, "It's Me, That's Who!," became a reality when a friend introduced him to illustrator Kem Welch. Their ongoing collaboration led to his second release, How High Is Up?, and now his third book, "Dragon's Tail for Sale." The steady progress they've achieved together continues to inspire Mark to write more.A lifelong resident of Charleston, South Carolina, Mark enjoys motorcycle rides through the Lowcountry and playing bass guitar and singing backup in an original band. He has relatives in Mississippi, Tennessee, and Indiana, and several first cousins in Charleston and upstate South Carolina with whom he spends time. He also enjoys socializing with close friends.
