Olivier-Jeff KALALA TSHAMALA nació en Lubumbashi el 15 de octubre de 1961. Desde 2020 es Secretario General de la Unión de Escritores Congoleños (UECO). Es crítico literario y escritor. Además de esta formación, domina las herramientas informáticas y la gestión de microfinanzas.
