Why is Ivy's best friend mad at her and why won't he come out to play anymore? She didn't do anything wrong! She tried yelling at him but that didn't work and she doesn't know what else to do! Can Mom's love help Ivy and Ivy's friend get through this difficult time? In this heartwarming rhyming book, discover what it means to be something that is better than a best friend. Makes a great gift for ages 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 & 8 and grades K to 3. Inspiration For This Book: This is the third Ivy book Mr. Sun wrote and it draws a lot from his own experience and the wide range of emotions he'd go through with those close to him. Sometimes they'd get upset at Mr. Sun and Mr. Sun wouldn't know why. He would get upset back but it'd just made things worse. Then, he would feel bad for getting angry. Then, he'd get sad and wished everything was just back to normal when everyone was happy. Then in the end, Mr. Sun would try to make things better by understanding the other person. He wrote this book so his two sons Nathan and Ryan could learn from his father. Mr. Sun hopes lessons from this book can help other children as well.Hinweis: Dieser Artikel kann nur an eine deutsche Lieferadresse ausgeliefert werden.
Mr. Sun's full name is Alexander Sun. He is a first generation Chinese American and was born in California. Growing up, he loved reading books that had something to teach and loved playing video games that didn't teach anything. When he "grew up", he worked at video game company, Blizzard Entertainment, for 11 years. After having his sons Nathan and Ryan, he switched careers to spend more time with them. During the pandemic, he was furloughed and started writing books with life lessons. He enjoys reading those books to his kids as well as playing UNO, building things with Legos and jumping on trampolines.
