Born missing her left arm, Jessica Smith focused her energy on sport and exercise as a way of proving to the world that she was capable of overcoming any perceived limitations. She went on to become a Paralympic swimmer representing Australia for 7 years. Jessica is now an internationally-awarded Inclusion and Diversity expert and the Chief Operating Officer at TOUCH Dubai, a talent agency that also provides inclusion consultancy services. Through her Just Jessica book series, the mother of three wants to encourage important conversations about the beauty of difference.
