Dr. Dinabandhu Sahoo(1969), M.D. Medicine, although a physician by profession, cherishes multifarious passions in poetry, painting, mimicry, theatre and violin. As a prolific writer with a unique perspective, he has penned five poetry collections in his mother tongue, Odia - Madhugandha (2010), Khadyotika (2011), Anabharana (2015), Nila Naee (2017) and Katha Kadambari (2020). His poetic domain centers around love and romanticism, contemporary social issues and the analytical exploration of different characters of history, mythology and traditional tales, aesthetically correlating them with the reality of life.
