Carol Hazelwood graduated from the University of Berkeley in Criminology and lives in Palm Desert, California. In 1986 she revitalized the Newport Beach Literacy Program. She was women's golf champion at Bel Aire Country Club and remains involved with sports. She interacts with authors of all genres through her community's Writers Circle . She is a widow with three married sons, four grandchildren, and two great grandsons. Writing is her passion and her joy.
