John Doe thinks he's the last vampire on Earth; he's 317 years old, having been "turned" in an unforgivable way when he was just 17. It's a pretty lonely existence when "forever friendships" are out of the question and even more so when you have reason to believe there's no one like you left on earth. But a criminology class is about to rock John's world. When John and his assigned classroom partner, Angela Ruiz, decide to track down a serial killer, the notorious Six-O'clock-Slasher, all the facts lead to one suspicion...John may not be alone as he's always believed. This will trigger the greatest moral dilemma John has ever faced: choose eternal loneliness or choose to do the right thing.
