Have you ever faced a moment that turned your world upside down and found yourself asking, "Why, Lord? Is this really Your plan for me?" In life's most difficult trials, it's natural to wonder if God sees our pain or hears our prayers. Joy Comes in the Morning brings together the powerful testimonies of twelve courageous women who faced those very questions. Through heartache, uncertainty, and hardship, they turned to Godseeking His presence, trusting His timing, and discovering His faithfulness. Their stories are honest, moving, and full of hope. In every chapter, you'll see how God not only hears our cries but answers them- offering strength for today and the promise of joy for tomorrow.
Following her Speech and Language Therapist career, Lois Williams dedicated her spare time to writing. She accomplished this objective by publishing two fictional novels that feature memorable Christian characters on their journeys to discover the answers to life's questions. During her involvement in a women's ministry group, Mrs. Williams found inspiration in the faith-based testimonies of several resilient Christian women. She recognized the significance of sharing these narratives, which exemplify courage, endurance, and determination. Mrs. Williams regards it as a privilege to have been entrusted with these profound stories, which she has organized into a nonfiction book. When not writing, she dedicates her time to her children and grandchildren, enjoys reading historical fiction, and plays the piano. She and her husband, Guy, reside in the picturesque Shenandoah Valley of Virginia.
