Moreover, structural equation models associating those activities with the benefits gained are presented for a statistical validation. Such a relationship between activities and benefits helps managers to identify the most important factor affecting their benefits and financial income.

Dr. Realyvásquez-Vargas is an Industrial Engineer with 7+ years experience in Ergonomics.  Dr. Maldonado-Macias is a Professor at the Autonomous University of Ciudad Juarez. She is an expert in Ergonomics design and evaluation and currently she is the Secretary for the Mexican Ergonomic Association, A.C.  Dr. Garcia-Alcaraz is a National Researcher level 1 from National Council for Science and Technology in Mexico, expert in lean manufacturing methodologies and advanced manufacturing technologies.
