His work has earned multiple accolades, such as the Prix des Libraires de Bande Dessinée and the Elvis d'Or for Kiss the Sky .? Mezzo (pseudonym of Pascal Mesenburg, born 1960 in Drancy, France) is a French comic book artist and illustrator known for his dark, detailed, and expressive style. He began his career in underground fanzines and gained recognition with works like Le Roi des mouches, created with writer Michel Pirus.
