This paper represents in-depth interdisciplinary research focused on the impact of Mindfulness techniques and the use of Multiple Intelligences (MI) as pedagogical tools to enhance learning. The work is framed in neuroscientific, pedagogical and philosophical foundations, and integrates theories of self-regulation, self-determination and self-efficacy to explain how emotions, environment and methodologies affect the integral development of the student. From this conceptual basis, the paper delves into the analysis of how these techniques can be implemented in the educational context, especially in early childhood education, where brain development is more receptive and neural plasticity allows for a greater capacity for adaptation and learning. The research presented here demonstrates that the use of strategies based on mindfulness and the identification of different types of intelligence allows the creation of more inclusive, responsive and effective learning environments.
