This paper is an approach to document and to political and social circumstances that gave birth, based on the latest and increasingly extensive research on it. Our goal in this study is simply to provide an overview of the historical circumstances surrounding the creation of the Magna Carta, to relate it to other letters of privilege arose in Europe at that time and consider their political influence over the centuries.
