This research was conducted to understand the efficacy of OAM therapy and Seventh Sense hypnotherapy in young individuals with common mental health issues. The role and impact of a positive optimism and self-belief on people with mental health disorders are also examined in this study. Furthermore, the overall mental health concern and its impact on India's young population were investigated. The study was exploratory in nature, and a single case design with pre and after intervention assessments was used. Questionnaires were utilised as data collecting instruments, and randomise purposive sampling was used as a sample strategy. The OI and DASS 21 questionnaires were then used to screen 200 potential volunteers of psychological distress. Individuals diagnosed with common mental health problems based on the results of the DASS-21 questionnaire were the subjects of this study. Those who scored higher than the cut-off threshold were left out of the study. A total of 40 volunteers were selected for intervention out of a total of 200.
