Autorenporträt
Nina Trige Andersen is a journalist and historian affiliated with the Society for Labour History (SFAH) in Copenhagen. She has published extensively on labor, labor organizing, and migration, as well as relations between the Philippines and Scandinavia in academic journals, magazines, and newspapers. She is in the coordination group of Nordic Labour History Network. Her first book on migration from the Philippines to Denmark, Profession: Filippiner—Kvinder på arbejde i Danmark gennem fire årtier [Profession: Filipina—Women at work in Denmark through four decades], was published in Danish in 2013. She has also created the online archive A Philippine History of Denmark www.filippinernesdanmarkshistorie.dk.
