Tuberculosis remains a major global health problem. Lymph nodes represent the most common site for extra pulmonary tuberculosis. Several techniques have been employed for the diagnosis of extrapulmonary Tuberculosis including; conventional Hematoxylin and Eosin stain, the Ziehl-Neelsen stain, Immunohistochemistry and Polymerase chain reaction . Each of these techniques has advantages and limitations. Therfore this book is to illustrate the role of these techniques in diagnosis of LNTB.
