A cross-sectional study was conducted among 298 lactating mothers having under two-years children in Kakani of Nuwakot district. The result suggests that women should be given special attention with regard to breastfeeding support and complementary feeding with continued breastfeeding.

She is also working as visiting lecturer for Masters in Child Development at Padma Kanya Multiple Campus, Kathmandu, Nepal.
