Dr. Navneet hat ihren B.D.S und M.D.S (Parodontologie) an der BFUHS, Faridkot, Indien gemacht. Neben ihren Buchveröffentlichungen hat sie auch Vorträge gehalten und ihre Arbeit in mehreren Fachzeitschriften veröffentlicht. Kürzlich wurde sie für ihren auf dem Periozenith 2017 in Manali (Indien) gehaltenen Vortrag ausgezeichnet. Derzeit plant sie, sich in den Vereinigten Staaten weiterzubilden.
