Autorenporträt
Sreenivasulu NS is Professor of Law at West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences (NUJS), Kolkata, India. Prior to that, he was a faculty at National Law School of India University, Bangalore, India, and University of Mysore, India. An established scholar on science and technology law and intellectual property law, he has to his credit 150 publications, including 25 books, monographs and edited volumes, 30 book chapters and 95 journal articles. He is an international legal consultant at various international organizations, forums, institutions, and agencies. He is also involved in policy framing, legal advisory, human resource development and capacity building with international organizations, central and state government departments and agencies in different countries including India. He has authored the previous edition of this book, published in 2016.
