John Dempsey has over forty years of experience in healthcare sales, marketing, and management. Beginning with Eli Lilly, he later joined the Johnson & Johnson Pharmaceutical Division, where he ascended to the position of Vice President of the North American Pharmaceutical Strategic Customer Group. After retiring from J&J in 2011, Dempsey became President of RainTree Oncology Services, which was successfully sold to Cardinal Health in 2016. Notable for his leadership during the counterfeit PROCRIT® crisis, Dempsey's expertise made him a nationally respected authority on counterfeit drugs. His book, Lead Like a Leader, distills his leadership philosophy and offers essential insights for corporate leaders.
