Shirin Jamal Mohammad, geboren und aufgewachsen in Hawler-Kurdistan-Irak, schloss ihr Bachelorstudium an der Cihan-Universität in Hawler ab. Sie untersuchte kurz die Auswirkungen von Führungsstilen auf die Arbeitszufriedenheit an der Salahaddin-Universität in Hawler. Dies hat bedeutende Ergebnisse für die Verbesserung des Führungsstils in der Regionalregierung Kurdistans.
