Autorenporträt
Gerrit van Otterdijk (1957) is a bachelor in management science. He worked for decades in miscellaneous R&D departments within an international company. He didn't notice a structural and significant improvement in lean execution of R&D projects. Although numerous people being trained and certified by renowned institutions, many organisations are still struggling for improvement in lean project management. Based on his knowledge and experiences he developed an other vision on projectmanagement within R&D which he shares in this booklet..
