Innocent Hitimana is a mentor, youth empowerment author, and educational resource designer with extensive international experience, including service at the United Nations and leading NGOs such as Right To Play, Save the Children International, Hope and Homes for Children, VSO International and SOS Kinderdorf. Through these roles, he has advanced youth empowerment, education, and family resilience across diverse communities, building a global foundation of experience that informs his mission to inspire lasting growth through practical, motivational literature. A trained language teacher from the University of Rwanda College of Education, Innocent completed research in Holistic Education and applied its principles to his postgraduate studies in Project Management, strengthening his multidisciplinary approach to empowerment and leadership. He has also translated and adapted global self help classics, including "Think and Grow Rich" into Kinyarwanda in 2021, reflecting his commitment to clarity, confidence, and growth. As founder of "Deepest Books" and a member of professional associations such as AfREA (African Evaluation Association) and other online platforms, Innocent continues to empower youth and families through works that blend global insight with local community engagement. His debut U.S. publication, Learn and Grow Richer, extends this legacy of building character, unlocking potential, and inspiring empowerment across generations.
